At Kinwell Roots, we take great care in crafting each small-batch product and stand behind the quality of everything we make. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products and for the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kinwell Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
